Sketches from the Elephant Nature Park, Thailand, 2009
The ENP rescues and offers retirement to elephants in northern Thailand. Many of the elephants at the elephant park were disabled, misshapen and broken.
After visiting the Elephant Nature Park in early 2009 I returned home with over 7,000 photographs and copious notes and sketches. These were exhibited at Tinning Street Gallery in May of that year.
